Chelsea chairman Bruce Buck has claimed it would be feasible for Andre Villas-Boas to remain as Blues boss for '10 or 15 years'.
The 33-year-old was named as Carlo Ancelotti's successor in June, signing a three-year contract after resigning as the manager of Porto.Chelsea have only lost once in 10 games under Villas-Boas' stewardship, and currently sit in third place in the Barclays Premier League - three points behind Manchester United and Manchester City.
But, should the Portuguese fail to land any silverware come may, he could see himself facing the wrath of Roman Abramovich - just like six coaches before him. However, Buck is of the opinion that Chelsea need to stick with one manager in order to emulate the likes of Manchester United and Arsenal, who have succeeded duo to the faith shown in Sir Alex Ferguson and Arsene Wenger.
And, says Buck, Villas-Boas could be the right person to provide the west London club with the stability and longevity they so crave.
